Refund policy

If you wish to return your products you have the right to do so within 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of your parcel. Any products you wish to return must be undamaged and unused, with any labels or tags intact. Damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn products are not accepted and will be sent back to the customer again and the refund will be refused. 

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable service, since we cannot refund a return that does not reach us.

If you return a complete order, we also refund the delivery cost you paid for sending it to you. If you chose a delivery option that costs more than our standard one, we refund the standard rate. If you return only part of an order, the delivery cost is not refunded.
